STRAY DOG

The stray dog that was sent into space 63 years ago is still floating above the earth

The exploration of the universe has never stopped since the emergence of human civilization. Behind many wonders of space exploration, besides the support of scientists, there is also a little life-dog Leica. It is the first creature in the world to go into space, far exceeding Gagarin's for 4 years. However, people can no longer thank it because it is still floating in the universe of vast expanse.

Since the 1950s and 1960s, the development of various countries has tended to be stable, and there have been few wars between major countries.

People are still living in the shadow of Nazi persecution during World War II. They are eager to rapidly strengthen their national strength. The world is beginning to enter a state of bipolar confrontation. With the development of military industry, scientists are also focusing on the construction of a longer-term space program.

Before this, although the countries fought with each other endlessly and even produced highly destructive nuclear weapons, causing a large number of people to be displaced, there was no really obvious distinction between the stronger and the weaker.

First, in order to explore new and mysterious areas, and second, in order to show the real strength of their country, the big powers began to fight each other openly and secretly, and the competition about the space industry became more and more fierce.

Naturally, the leaders were the Soviet Union and the United States, which were in the "polarization" at that time. On October 4, 1957, the former Soviet Union successfully launched its first artificial satellite under the untiring efforts of scientists. Although no life has been carried on this satellite, it has opened a new chapter in human space exploration. While the former Soviet Union has made great achievements, the United States is also actively pursuing them.

Under such circumstances, whoever can send his own astronauts into space first and return safely will have the final victory.

In order to send its own astronauts into space as soon as possible, the former Soviet Union soon chose to launch a second artificial satellite and will carry a life on it as a "special guest" to simulate the environment and effects of astronauts entering space.

In the coming and going controversy, the stray dog Leica was chosen.

The reason for choosing Leka, a stray dog, is the result of many discussions among many scientists. Previously, Leka, a stray dog, lived quite well on the streets of Moscow by rummaging through garbage cans and human food scraps. Therefore, some scientists believe Leica has the viability and psychological ability to enter space.

In this way, the dog that roamed the streets of Moscow a month ago became a visitor to space due to the eyes of scientists.

Scientists can almost say that they have devoted all their efforts to Lycra's training: although as a female dog, Lycra does not have to lift her legs to defecate, which can save a lot of unnecessary trouble; But no matter how smart he is, he is still a dog and is doomed to be unable to accept the training of human beings who are intelligent creatures.

Scientists first trained its ability to take off its space suit, then installed detectors on its body surface and under its skin to monitor its vital signs before sending it into space with confidence.

But for Leica, the dog, the trip was actually more like a huge disaster: since Soviet technology could not return the satellite to the universe at that time, its trip must have gone back or forth. The dog Leica did not know all this and was deeply curious about the capsule.

In order to prevent Leica from suffering, scientists' official plan is that Leica will take a highly toxic dinner prepared in advance and die without suffering after completing a week-long space tour.

The best results predicted by scientists did not happen. In fact, Leica died of pain and suffering within a few hours of entering space.

After the news was disclosed artificially in 2002, it immediately caused an uproar in the media. Soon afterwards, Soviet experts came out to admit this fact.

It turned out that when Leica entered space that year, Soviet experts discovered a huge flaw in their design-the thermal insulation capability of the space suit was totally unable to withstand the high temperature of the universe. It wasn't long before Leica's space, the detector had already shown that his heart began to beat violently and breathing was difficult.

However, the poor thermal insulation performance of the spacesuit has caused Leica to suffer huge high temperature erosion. In the last hour of life, Leica almost became a "burning dog" and finally died of fear and high temperature.

Since the satellite disintegrated after it was launched into space, Leica's body is still floating in the mysterious universe. Now Leica is still "roaming" in the vast universe with a flick of her finger for decades.

Of course, people will not forget Leica, just as people will not forget every national hero. Lycra is a hero of the former Soviet Union and the world. It has nothing to do with what kind and status it is. For the sake of scientific research in the world, this little dog gave his only life, only then can there be those human beings who went into space later. In fact, as the saying goes, "This is a small step for this puppy, but it is a big step for mankind."
