In this period,we really need to watch and look at the things we buy to prepare foods. Most foodstuffs seller do not care about the health of their prospective buyers. They are not sensitive about what is going on around them.
Please my dear friends, the pictures below are some towel cow meat i bought from the market this morning, i went home, put it in a bowel, add some salt to wash them, all this you are seeing started coming out of it.
Immediately i applied salt,I started seeing this things, Pls let us be careful of what we eat or cook in our homes, mostly to warn our husbands and brothers that usually love eating in hotels and restaurants. Because i know some of them do not have time to wash meat, even vegetables before cooking.
you can save a life.
