Also known as Chaz Salvatore Bono, he is an American writer, musician and actor. He was identified as a woman and outed as a lesbian. He publicly self-identified himself as a lesbian in a cover story in an American gay monthly magazine 'The Advocate', he then wrote two books named 'Family Outing: A Guide To The Coming Out Process For Gays, Lesbians and Their Families. He is married to a beautiful woman and legally changed his gender and name.

He is an American athlete who was identified as a woman before he transitioned into a man. He is a professional athlete and a coach, he made history by becoming the first to win first place in the world's first trangender bodybuilding competition two years in a roll. His coaching have inspired many athletes and people going for sports.
3. Aydian Dowling


He is an advocate, model and entrepreneur, who was identified as a woman before his transitioning. Because of his muscular physique, he has attracted females and is now shaking the modelling industry.

4. Ryan Cullen


He is an American author, speaker and advocate who travels around America speaking to professionals, college students and audiences and youths about gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation along with his eating disorder and how he came to terms with his gender identity.



5. Yvonne Buschbaum


He is a former German pole vaulter and is an inspiration himself. He competed in women's pole vaulting before his gender transition, winning the title of German Youth Champion multiple times. Later he announced his retirement from pole vaulting due to a persistent injury and the desire to begin gender reassignment.
